My whole life comes from a place of service “To serve and Protect”. My heart has been broken when friends or family have purchased a home or commercial property and found out after the purchase that the property had unforeseen damages that cost more than they could afford to fix. I have witnessed people’s dreams go up in smoke when they hadn’t gotten an inspection on their home or commercial property.

Some have received an inspection, but by a person who is not qualified or lacking in integrity, such as having a conflict of interest. 

My mission is to provide an accurate and honest report so that my clients have a clear understanding as to the condition of the property. This will help to insure their investment will not come with surprise costly repairs. The sellers of properties will be aware of needed repairs that could affect their asking price or worse cost them the sale of their home or light commercial property.
